Small Changes: Big Weight Loss

The most effective way to lose weight and keep it off is to make weight loss a natural and fun part of the life you already live. You don’t have to run a marathon or live on cabbage soup for weeks on end or give up all the things you enjoy; you just need to make a number of small but significant changes that when put together add up to big benefits.
